Impressed with his straightforward approach and the quality of his work

We only recently moved to Edwardsville. We met Jason at one of his open houses. We were immediately impressed with his straightforward approach and the quality of his work.
Jk builders just finished our new home. Jason was at the job site the biggest part of every day. Nothing happened in the entire project that Jason was not aware of or not involved in. His wealth of experience was invaluable every step of the way. He was up in the rafters with the framers, On top of the house with the roofer, down in the mud with the plumbers, on his knees with the tile worker, finishing concrete with the concrete crew. He is truly “hands on”. Attention to detail is an understatement. He understands what every subcontractor should be doing and why.
In addition, he involved us in essentially every decision that had to be made and made us understand, in advance, the consequences of those decisions.
The project was finished almost exactly on budget according to his initial bid. Overall, our experience was excellent. We would use Jason again in a heartbeat.
